Return & Refund Policy

At Voltaic Arts, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality, custom-tailored graphic design and vehicle branding solutions. Because the majority of our products and services are fully customized to your specific needs, our return and refund policies are outlined below.

1. Custom Cut-Vinyl Graphics, Decals, and Signage

Due to the highly customized nature of our cut-vinyl lettering, decals, and vehicle graphics, all sales on custom physical products are final. Once a design has been approved by you and production has commenced, we cannot accept returns, offer refunds, or process exchanges unless the product is defective or an error was made on our part during production.

2. Design Services & Proof Approval

We require client approval on all digital proofs before any vinyl cutting or physical production begins.

  • It is the client’s responsibility to review proofs carefully for sizing, spelling, layout, and accuracy.
  • Once a proof is explicitly approved, Voltaic Arts is not responsible for errors present in the approved design.
  • Design fees are non-refundable once the design process has been initiated, as this covers the labor and expertise of our design team.

3. Cancellations & Deposits

  • Before Production: If you need to cancel a project before production has started, but after the design work has been completed, any deposits made will be applied against the design labor. The remaining balance of the deposit (if any) will be refunded.
  • After Production: Once vinyl cutting or production has begun, projects cannot be canceled, and the client is responsible for the full quoted cost of the materials and labor.

4. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged in transit, or incorrectly cut due to an error on our end, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order or completing the installation. We will happily replace the defective items or correct the issue at no additional cost to you.

5. Vehicle Branding & Installation Warranty

For vehicle graphics and fleet branding projects where installation is provided or coordinated by Voltaic Arts:

  • We stand by the quality of our installations. If you notice any immediate workmanship issues (such as significant bubbling, peeling, or lifting) under normal use and conditions, please report it within 30 days of the installation date.
  • This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper washing (e.g., high-pressure power washing too close to the vinyl), accidents, harsh chemicals, or normal wear and tear over time.
  • If you choose to install the cut-vinyl or decals yourself, Voltaic Arts is not responsible for any damage to the vinyl or the application surface that occurs during the installation process.
